I too have fallen victim of what should be out there in terms of blogging information and what is actually out there that does not help the general public at all. The problem is that the people who are sharing useless information on the net usually comes from the big guys who like you said, have the money, have the following and have the recognised voice that many of the blogging world bows down to. So being a newbie blogger like myself you are less likely to argue with what they are saying isn't what you need to do. We newbie’s look for guidance and it's these big shots that get shown to us first. After buying their stuff, reading their hyped up jargon, following their projects from quotes like 'How I got from here to here and earned xxxxxx'. It's only when those instructions we follow religiously as newbie’s don't work like they have been boasted about, it’s then we start to think for ourselves and question the stuff we have being following for the past years, Our eyes actually open to the vast choice of the internet and to those bloggers who are doing great earning from their blogging, writing great posts, sharing great information for the benefit of others that actually works but are not seen as gurus, it's then they get found like yourself. Not all glitters is gold. It’s just a shame that we sometimes have to make mistakes to find the real gems like your blogs and others.
